Work PDR-Team Australia

Case study

A site that sells to insurers, not to car owners

Paintless dent repair at national scale. The buyers are insurers, fleet operators and dealerships, so the site had to argue capacity and process rather than convenience.

The brief

PDR-Team Australia is the local arm of a paintless dent repair group operating across ten countries, brought together here with Absolute Dent Repair and Sureline Smash Repairs.

The thing that shapes the whole site is who is buying. Nobody arrives here because they have a dent. The people who matter are insurers assessing a repair network, fleet operators and dealerships protecting vehicle value, and body shops that need help when a hail event lands on top of them.

Those readers are not looking for reassurance. They want to know whether you can absorb thousands of claims in a fortnight without dropping the quality.

What it had to do

Argue capacity, not convenience. The site leads with the size of the group and the number of countries it operates in, because scale is the product when a storm has just written off a suburb.

It also had to speak to three audiences without blurring them. Insurers, fleet and dealers, and body shops each get their own path, since what an insurer wants to read about cycle times is not what a dealership wants to read about finish quality.

Enquiries are a different shape here

A partner enquiry is worth more, and is rarer, than a consumer one. Phone taps, email clicks and partner enquiry clicks are tracked separately rather than lumped into one conversion number, because a single insurer conversation is worth more than a month of general traffic and the reporting should say so.

Built to stay out of the way

Astro on Azure Static Web Apps, the same as the rest of the work we host. Fast, nothing to patch, and a monthly report in plain English covering what the site did and whether anything needed attention.
