Who we are

Promptive Group Pty Ltd (ACN 696 907 614, ABN 84 696 907 614) operates the website promptivegroup.com.au. In this policy, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Promptive Group Pty Ltd. We are based on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia.

What we collect

This website uses Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. It records information about the visit rather than about you: which pages are viewed, roughly where in the world the visitor is located, what type of device and browser they use, and which links they click — including when someone clicks an email or contact link. To recognise repeat visits from the same browser, Google Analytics stores a cookie containing a randomly generated identifier. That identifier does not contain your name or contact details, and we make no attempt to connect it to a named person. We do not use tracking pixels, advertising trackers, or cross-site behavioural profiling.

If you submit a form on this site, we collect what you enter: your name and email address, and depending on the form, your phone number and your message. These details are emailed to us so we can reply. They are not added to a mailing list and are not sold or shared. Our analytics records that a form was submitted and which form it was, but never what you typed into it.

If you contact us by email, we will receive your name, email address, and whatever information you choose to include. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry.

Third-party services

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. When you visit, your browser makes a request to Google's servers to retrieve font files. Google may log standard connection data (such as your IP address) in accordance with their own privacy policy.

This site also uses Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google. Analytics data is retained for 14 months and is used only to inform how we run and improve this website. You can opt out of Google Analytics entirely by installing Google's opt-out browser add-on, or by using a browser or ad blocker that blocks analytics scripts.

The forms on this site are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than an automated script. When you submit a form, your IP address and a verification token are sent to Cloudflare so it can perform that check. Cloudflare handles this information under its own privacy policy. We use Turnstile only to verify submissions.

Form submissions are delivered to us by email through Microsoft Azure, which hosts this website and its contact form service.

How we use your information

If you contact us, we use the information you provide to:

• respond to your enquiry
• discuss potential projects or partnerships
• provide requested services

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data storage and security

Any personal information you send us, whether by email or through a form on this site, is stored securely and retained only as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was provided, or as required by law.

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to:

• request access to personal information we hold about you
• request correction of inaccurate information
• request deletion of your information
• make a complaint about how we handle your information

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
